Woman 360°

The "Woman 360°, whole woman whole relationships" program was established to help women achieve sexual wholeness and integrity.

Sexual integrity is expressing her gift of sexuality throughout life in a true, excellent, honest, and pure way. It is protection in childhood, direction in adolescence, and celebration in adulthood. No matter the outcome of a pregnancy test, all women who are having sex outside of marriage are suffering from sexual brokenness — they are not sexually whole.

Your choices affect your future. One of the components of the Woman 360° program is a "Body of Worth", which teaches fertility appreciation. Why is that important?

• Fertility is a key part of a woman's overall health and therefore, should be taught, appreciated, and valued.


• The more a woman understands that her fertility directly affects her moods, clarity, understanding, health, motivation, ability to connect, etc. she will want to take care of herself and her body.


• Women who learn about their fertility tend to make healthier relationship decisions, protect their own bodies more, be less sexually active, and even stop sexual activity (when single), and be more open to marriage and the gift of children within marriage.

Woman 360° workshops are held at the Birth Choice center or other local, convenient location in two 2-hour sessions. Some workshops are held on weeknights, some on Saturdays.
